GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

The validation of the summary of the order by you implies unreserved acceptance of the general conditions in force, their full knowledge and the waiver of all other conditions.

  1. Presentation of the service

PAUL COERTEN SCS offers you an online photographic printing service, customisable by the choice of format, printing medium and finishes.

  1. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed under the configuration tool when you configure the photograph, and included in the order confirmation sent to you.

No changes will be made to orders that are being processed.

Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT at the rate of 21% excluding delivery costs.

Delivery costs are also quoted in euros and include VAT at the rate of 21%.

The prices mentioned in the order summary and in the order confirmation are the final prices and costs, including all taxes. Prices and delivery charges are payable online at the time of ordering.

The following payment methods are accepted on the site:

– Maestro, Visa, Mastercard.

  1. Orders

To place an order for photo prints with PAUL COERTEN SCS, you must first create your online account.

You must provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form, including your identity, the identity of the recipient of the order and the delivery address, as well as the e-mail address where an order confirmation can be sent.

PAUL COERTEN SCS confirms the acceptance of your order to the e-mail address you have provided.

PAUL COEERTEN SCS advises you to store or print a copy of the order until you receive the order confirmation.

No order is binding on PAUL COERTEN SCS until it has been confirmed by e-mail.

The information you provide when placing an order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient’s details, we cannot be held responsible for the fact that we are unable to deliver the order. In particular, the costs of a new delivery of an order following an incomplete or erroneous address, the absence of the recipient, the absence or misidentification of a letterbox will be at your expense.

PAUL COERTEN SCS reserves the right to cancel your order if there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

  1. Password

When you create your account, you are identified by an identifier (e-mail) and a password that you will create.

  1. Payment methods

Payment on this site is secure thanks to the SSL encryption process. All your banking information is perfectly protected and encrypted before being transmitted to the processing centre.

The order validated by you will not be confirmed by Artenza.fr until the system has validated the payment. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified by e-mail.

  1. Deadlines

The deadlines for the production and delivery of prints mentioned on the site and/or in the order confirmation are given as an indication.

Delivery times are 5 to 8 working days for small, medium and light photos sent in tubes. Framed photos will be sent within 10 to 15 working days.

In any event, PAUL COERTEN SCS undertakes to produce and deliver the prints within a maximum period of 30 working days starting from the day following the confirmation of the order by e-mail.

  1. Delivery and receipt of prints

When your order is finalised, you will receive an e-mail with information.

In the case of delivery by a private carrier, the carrier is not obliged to deliver inside your home and may hand over the package at the entrance of your building or house.

We therefore advise you to arrange for assistance to carry the parcel into your home.

If the recipient or a person who can take possession of the photographic works is absent at the time of delivery by the postal services or a carrier, the postal services or the third party will leave a notice inviting you to collect the prints at the delivery address you have indicated.

The delivery will be considered to have been made as soon as the shipment is first presented at the delivery address indicated in the order.

PAUL COERTEN SCS shall not be held liable in the event of late collection of the said prints from the post office or the carrier or in the event of failure by you to collect the prints.

If upon receipt of the order you notice that the order has been damaged during transport, you may refuse the delivery, stating the reasons for your refusal, or if you accept it, note your remarks on the delivery note.

You must send your complaint to PAUL COERTEN SCS, by e-mail to coertenp@gmail.com within 3 working days following the date of delivery and, if applicable, if the photo prints need to be returned, they must be returned within 10 working days following the date of delivery in their original packaging and at your expense to the following address

  1. Guarantee and quality of service

PAUL COERTEN SCS undertakes to provide you with a print run in accordance with the rules of the art and according to the specifications of your order confirmed by e-mail.

All complaints must be made electronically to coertenp@gmail.com or by post by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to PAUL COERTEN SCS – Avenue Château Jaco 6/34 – B-1410 Waterloo within 7 calendar days of delivery, specifying the order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Any complaint of non-conformity which is not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits set will not be taken into account by PAUL COERTEN SCS.

  1. Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Gift cards are not refundable.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you must mail it to {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the http://www.paulcoerten.eu website is at your own risk.

The service is accessible according to its availability. However, it is possible that for the purposes of maintenance, intervention on the site or the network or as a result of other events or disturbances beyond our control, access to the service may be modified, suspended or interrupted.

PAUL COERTEN SCS cannot be held liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from such events or from force majeure, or from the actions of third parties, or resulting from the use of equipment not adapted to the characteristics of its service.
